Oat flour red velvet Pancakes

Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls.
Mix them together, leave some lumps.
Grease a non stick pan with oil or butter, heat on medium to low flame.
Add a small scoop of pancake batter.
Allow bubbles to form, then flip.
Cook for another minute.
Serve hot or after 2 hours of refrigeration with the glaze, ice cream, whipped cream or chopped nuts etc.

Ingredients

1 cup of oat flour or regular flour
1 cup of butter milk or almond milk
1 large egg
2 tbsp coca powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp sugar- any kind
2 drops of vanilla
Pinch of salt
Pinch of Cinnamon
2 tbsp melted butter
Red food color- 1-2 tbsp
For cream cheese glaze - 4 tbsp cream cheese, half cup sugar, 2 tbsp milk, 2 drops of vanilla essence(You can go for a healthy alternate if you are on a diet, also you can use regular cream cheese frosting)- THE GLAZE/FROSTING TASTES BETTER AFTER 1-2 HOURS OF REFRIGERATION!
