Dutch Apple Pie - the perfect combination of apples and cinnamon topped with oodles of crumb topping in an all butter crust

1 of your favorite homemade pie crusts or 1 ready-made pie crust
5 1/2 cups peeled cored sliced cooking apples ( I used Gala Apples)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
