An Indo-Chinese starter made with baby corn and sesame seeds. Added flavors of Chinese sauces gives baby corn nice spicy, sweet and tangy taste.


100 Grams Baby Corn
2 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup Corn Flour
Salt to Taste
1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
1 Tablespoon Tomato Sauce
1 Tablespoon Chilli Flakes
3 to 4 Ginger Cloves
1/2 Tablespoon Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Sugar
Oil for frying
