5 garlic cloves, minced
3 stalks of celery, finely diced
2 large carrots, peeled and
finely diced

1 onion, finely diced
4 oz. pancetta, cubed
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 cup white wine
28 oz. can San Marzano tomatoes
1 cup beef stock
1 cup whole milk
Salt
Black pepper
