In a mixing bowl mix whole wheat flour, salt, red chilli powder and cumin seed powder.
Add water and mix well.
Make a smooth dough. Knead well. Take small portion of the dough.
Using a rolling pin roll it to make a roti.
Roll it as thin as possible. Avoid dusting it with dry flour.
Heat a non-stick pan and roast the rolled khakhra on it.
