Crostini layered with homemade guacamole, crisp bacon, and a crab salad. Garnish with green onions for a beautiful, tasty bite-size treat.
Ingredients
GUACAMOLE:
3 avocados
¼ red onion, finely chopped
? teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon jalapeno powder (or 1 finely chopped jalapeno)
Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon adobo seasoning
Kosher salt, if needed
CRAB SALAD
4 oz. lump crab meat
½ teaspoon dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire
½ teaspoon sherry vinegar
1 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce
? teaspoon white pepper
FOR SERVING
Bacon, cooked, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
Crostinis or crackers, for serving
