1 medium sliced tomato, no seeds
2 tsp sunflower seeds
1/2 cucumber with skin in thin stripes
Everyday Vinaigrette
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tsp olive oil
Juice of one lemon
1 pinch of brown sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
