80 ml or 1/3 cup vegetable broth
For the salmon:

2 salmon fillets, about 125 grams (4.5 oz) each

black pepper
2 teaspoons black sesame seeds, to garnish
mojo verde or roasted garlic sauce, to serve (optional)
