GF Vegan Protein Pancakes are thick yet fluffy and bursting with wild blueberries, 30g protein and 7g fiber per serving!

1 banana
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened non dairy milk (I used flax)
2 servings protein powder (I used Naked Nutrition Brown Rice Protein Powder)
1 cup frozen wild blueberries (or other berries)
1/2tsp baking powder
1/4tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla extract or 3-4 drops vanilla stevia
