APPLE FILLING
5-6 (2 lbs.) apples, sliced thin
1 cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
Juice from 1 lemon

CREPES
2 large eggs
3/4 cup half-n-half
1/2 cup water
1 cup flour
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons RumChata liqueur, optional (or your favorite liqueur)

PEANUT BUTTER DRIZZLE
8 oz. peanut butter, melted in microwave
1 cup powdered sugar (plus more for topping)
3-4 tablespoons water
