This (mostly) Raw, fully Vegan Aioli is dairy free but tastes just as creamy and delicious as a traditional Aioli. I like it with Artichokes but with it's Garlicky and Cheesy richness it is a great dip for just about anything. Perfect for the Super Bowl.

Ingredients

1 Cup Raw Cashews, Soaked for 8 hours
2 Cloves Garlic, Roasted or Raw
5T Olive oil
1/4C Water
½ t Onion Powder
¾ t Sea Salt
1T +1t Nutritional Yeast
1T + 1t Rice Vinegar
