Bagna Cauda is usually an anchovy dip for vegetables. My twist adds roasted garlic and tosses the pungent sauce with pasta for an easy weeknight dinner.

1 head of garlic, I got 13 cloves out of my head
4 anchovies, rinsed well
1 bunch of parsley, roughly chopped
salt
1lb of bucatini
