For the pastry:
200 grams / (7 ounces) all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
100 grams / (3 1/2 ounces) cold margarine
50 ml / (3 1/3 tablespoons) cold water

For the filling:
3 medium apples
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
Juice of half a lemon
