2 medium ripe tomatoes
1 medium onion
Coriander (to taste)
200 grams / (7 ounces) cannelloni pasta
2 cloves of garlic
50 ml / (3 1/3 tablespoons) olive oil
200 ml / (3/4 cup and 1 1/2 tablespoons) whipping cream
300 ml / (1 1/4 cups) b├ęchamel
Grated cheese (to taste)
