Ingredients

20-22 servings.

1 part:
150g softened butter
2 1/4 cups of sugar (500 g)
4 very large eggs or five smallest

Part 2:
3 1/3 cups of cake flour (measured and sifted) (530 g)
1.5 tsp (7.5 ml) baking power
1.5 tsp (7.5 ml) soda
2/3 tsp salt

Part 3:
2 1/4 cups buttermilk (530 g)
50 ml vegetable oil
Vanilla extract (I use natural liquid extract)

1 cup = 240 ml
1 part: Blend until smooth and sugar is dissolved.
2 part: Combine the ingredients and sift.
3 part: Combine.
