Ginger Cookies:
2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup Zing™ Baking Blend plus more for rolling cookies
2 tsp ginger ground
1 tsp cinnamon ground
1/2 tsp cloves ground (can also use nutmeg)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
1/4 cup molasses
1 egg room temperature

Eggnog Dip:
8 oz cream cheese 33% less fat, softened
1/4 cup Zing™ Baking Blend
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp eggnog
1/4 tsp rum extract
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
sprinkles optional
