These chocolate cupcakes with a spicy frosting are sure to become your favorite December treat. They taste like heaven. Condensed milk and the butter make these muffins extremely moist. You can really taste the chocolate cut by the walnuts. Moist, chocolatey and nutty…Topped with spicy frosting. I don’t know what more a muffin could ask for.
Ingredients
Cupcakes:
2 cups flour,
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup sugar,
1 cup condensed milk,
1 cup sugar,
150 g butter,
1 cup crushed walnuts,
2 eggs,
1 1/2 cup milk,
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 tsp baking soda,
pinch of salt
Frosting:
16 ounces mascarpone cheese, softened,
8 oz cream cheese, softened,
2 cups confectioner’s sugar,
1 tbs vanilla paste,
1 tbs instant coffee
few tbs warm milk,
1 teaspoon ground ginger,
1/2 tsp ground all spice,
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
