Frosting:
4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
1-1/2 cups (3 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup dark cocoa
¾ cup powdered sugar
milk, if needed to thin out the frosting
1 (12-ounce) jar caramel topping
1 cup dark chocolate chips, for decorating
