1½ cups unbleached all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened but not melting
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup pistachio, finely chopped or chop in the food processor (measure ½ cup of whole pistachios, then chop)
Optional:
3.5 ounces with chocolate, chopped
