Serves: 12-14 pieces

For the Graham Cracker Crust:
1 and ½ cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon

For the Filling:
¾ cup granulated sugar
½ cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
¼ teaspoon salt
20oz brick style cream cheese (2 and ½ 8 oz packages)
1 and ¾ cups pumpkin puree (not canned pumpkin pie filling)
3 tablespoons sour cream
4 eggs

For the Salted Caramel Sauce:
½ cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into 4 pieces
¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons whipping cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
¼ teaspoon coarse salt
