1 lb rigatoni
grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb lean ground pork
1 lb lean ground beef
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried basil
2 tsp dried dill
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
pinch of red chili flakes
1 cup red wine, I used Merlot
1 19 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp hot sauce, I used Sriracha sauce but any hot sauce would work
10 fresh basil leaves, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
