Ingredients

2 lbs of ground beef
28 oz can of whole tomato
10 oz of tomato paste
24 oz of strained tomatoes
2 medium onions
1 large carrot (finely diced)
2 celery sticks (finely diced)
1 1/2 cups of white mushrooms (sliced)
5 cloves of garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp of celery seeds
1/4 tsp of dry oregano
4 bay leaves
1 tsp of dry basil
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp of crushed chili flakes
1/2 tsp of all spice
1/4 cup of freshly chopped parsley
1 tsp of sugar
3 tbsp of Italian salad dressing (my secret ingredient)
salt and pepper (to taste)
