Chocolate & Coffee Ganache cake is prepared using moist vanilla coffee as base cake and then icing is done using chocolate coffee ganache which I prepared and kept in the freezer the previous day.

Ingredients

Ingredients for cake:
200 grams of cake mix.( I used French vanilla Duncan Hines)
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon instant Coffee powder
1/2 Cup (118 Milliliters) Water
1/6 Cup (39 Milliliters) of oil

Ingredients for baking pan:
1 Tablespoon butter for greasing
Little cake flour for dusting
