Serves: 40-50 fries and about 4 cups of sauce
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 2 hours

Baked Polenta Fries:
2 cups Silk Cashewmilk
2 cups low sodium vegetable broth
1 1/2 cups quick cooking polenta
1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Spicy Marinara Sauce:
28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
14.5 ounce can petite diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/2-1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, use more or less depending on how spicy you want the sauce
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
