1/2 cup ice cold water
Frosting:
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons meringue powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
3-6 tablespoons water
2 ounces dark or milk chocolate, melted
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, warmed
coarse salt or sugar, for sprinkling
