1/3 cup unsalted butter
2 egg yolks
1 spoonful rum
grated zest of one lemon
salt to taste

For the Filling:
3/4 cup nut kernels
3/4 cup raisins
3/4 cup pinenuts
3/4 cup almonds
3/4 cup grated dark chocolate
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
grated zest of one lemon
juice of one small orange
2-3 spoonfuls milk
butter
