A light mousse which combines chocolate, olive oil and "flavoured salt" in a unique way. A really special dessert!

Ingredients

2 eggs (gently beaten)
12.8 tbsp fresh milk
6.3 oz cooking chocolate (cut into small pieces)
2 tbsp greek coffee
4.8 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp white thyme honey
1 vanillin
some salt
lemon salt
7 oz fresh cream (whipped lightly to whipped cream)
