3 cups (500 grams) chocolate graham cracker crumbs
10 tablespoons (140 grams) unsalted butter, melted
For the Panna Cotta:
2 cups heavy cream
4 vanilla beans
1/2 cup sugar
11/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin (about 1/2 packet)
1/2 cup whole milk
Optional Blueberry Streusel Topping:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cups all-purpose or whole wheat flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup oats
1/4 cup blueberry sauce
pinch of salt
