1 oz dark chocolate 70% and more, grated
16 oz mascarpone cheese, chilled (it's 2 packs of 8 oz)
13 oz jar of Nutella or make it yourself, check my recipe for a homemade version!
3 oz milk chocolate melted in a water bath and cooled gently
1/2 cup hazelnuts finely chopped, gently fried
2.5 oz milk chocolate
1/3 cup heavy cream 36% fat
1 tsp golden syrup
Ferrero Rocher pralines for decoration
3-4 gluten-free ice cream wafers crushed
