ey guys! Who doesn't love mac and cheese? Hannah and I sure do! But the same old cheddar mac and cheese can get boring. So I decided to switch things up, and make mac and cheese with Arla Dofino's Chipotle Gouda Cheese (which we were able to receive through Bzzagent) Because chipotle and cheese makes everything better. Am i right?
Ingredients
4 slices of thick cut bacon, cut into bite size pieces
7 tbs of unsalted butter
6 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
3 cups of 2% or whole milk (I used 2% because that's what we had)
4 cups of Arla Dofino Chipotle Gouda cheese, shredded
1 to 2 cups of Mexican style cheese, shredded
1 pound of elbow macaroni
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 a cup of breadcrumbs
2 tbs of parsley
