¾ cup (100gr) powdered sugar
2 large egg whites (70-75gr)
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
¼ cup (55gr) sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon chocolate hazelnut candy oil
½ -1 cup Nutella
