1-2 tablespoon oil for cooking
Sauce/Gravy:
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups low sodium beef or chicken broth (or a combination, you choose)
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
garnish: Italian parsley
serve with: wide egg noodles, rice and or potatoes
