Makes ~ 2 dozen mini cupcakes

1 1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 stick butter, room temperature
2 eggs, room temperature
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch coarse salt
1 cup Bailey's Irish Cream (separated into 1/2 cups)

Icing:
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 stick butter, room temperature
1/3 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
green coloring, optional
