A classic recipe for meat sauce from a time-worn recipe card in my mother's kitchen. It doesn't get more authentic than this!

Ingredients

Prep Time: 10

1 lb ground beef
4 tbsp butter
1 cup onion chopped (can substitute for 1 tbsp onion powder)
1 tsp garlic
1/4 cup red cooking wine
15 oz tomato sauce (1 can)
15 oz tomato (1 can) diced. Can substitute for another can of tomato sauce
1/2 cup beef bouillon
1 tbsp parsley plus for more topping
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
