2 oz. cream cheese, room temperature or softened
6 sprigs thyme, leaves removed and chopped
1 sprig rosemary, leaves removed and chopped
4-5 basil leaves, finely chopped
1 tsp honey, plus additional for drizzling
15 phyllo shells (found in the freezer/dessert section)
pinch of salt
