Bhindi stir fry is all time favourite to one and all. It is a very common side dish for lunch in every house hold.
Chop okra, fry them, keep them aside.Heat oil add peanuts, mustard seeds, cumin seeds bengal gram and red chillies. Add the fried okra, dry coconut powder, mashed garlic, curry leaves and slat, turmeric powder, red chilli powder. Stir well.
Serve it with rice.

Okra/Bhindi/Bendakaya - 500 grms
Salt - to taste
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 3 to 5 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Bengal Gram - 1 tsp
Red Chilli - 1
Peanuts - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 5 to 7
Curry Leaves - 5 to 7
Dry Coconut Powder - 1 tbsp
