This crusty, oily italian bread is a MUST.

1 packet (2 1/4 Tsp) of active dry yeast
1/2 tbsp of white sugar
4 2/3 cups of AP Flour
1 Tbsp of kosher salt
3/4 cup of good quality olive oil, divided
4 sprigs of rosemary, stems discarded, roughly chopped

1 Tbsp of sea salt
