1/2 teaspoon Degi Mirch or Red chili Powder
1/2 tablespoon mustard oil
2 tablespoon Roasted Besan
1 tablespoon Butter (for Basting)
1 small Onion, cubed
1 small Capsicum, cubed
Salt to taste
1.5 teaspoon Mustard seeds
2 teaspoon Degi Mirch (adjust)
1.5 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1.5 teaspoon Saunf (Fennel seeds)
1.5 teaspoon Nigella seeds
1.5 teaspoon Carom seeds
3/4 teaspoon Methi dana (Fenugreek seeds)
