Black Cocoa Bundt Cake:
1 cup + 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
3 Tbsp black cocoa powder
3 Tbsp dutch processed cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla

Ganache:
3 oz bittersweet chocolate (chopped)
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp (28g) butter
