2-3 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons crème fraîche (plain 2% Greek yogurt or sour cream will substitute well as they are of a similar consistency)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped dill
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Optional: ¼ teaspoon smoked salt, for garnish
