3 Tbsp soy sauce (or liquid aminos)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp sriracha
1/2 a lime, juice
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Stir Fry:
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1/2 onion chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
6 oz frozen broccoli florets (or fresh)
6 oz frozen mixed veggies
1/2 cup peanuts
desired amount of Quorn Chik'n (or any meat of your choice, just make sure it's cooked first)
