1/2 cup cooked quinoa (I cooked mine in half veggie broth for xtra flava)
2 medium carrots, spiraled or shredded
1/3 cup edamame bean
1/4 cup diced red pepper
2 tbsp. sesame seed
2 tsbp. cilantro, minced
Asian Dressing Ingredients:
2.5 tbsp. sesame oil
1.5 tbsp. tamari
1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
1 tsp. lime/lemon
1 tsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. sriracha sauce
salt and pepper
