Ingredients
2 very ripe bananas
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 to 1 1/2 cups of milk or non-dairy substitution of your choice. I’m showing soy milk here but actually almond milk works really well with the nutty flavour of the peanut butter.
1/4 cup of yogurt (optional)
