This German Chocolate Tart has a chocolate graham cracker crust, a rich and creamy bittersweet chocolate middle, and crunchy, sugary coconut pecan topping.

2 tbsp. sugar

For filling:
1 ¼ cups heavy cream
9 oz. bittersweet chocolate
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. salt

For frosting:
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup granulated sugar
3 egg yolks, beaten
½ cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 cup coconut
