After years as a purist, I've given in and bought a crockpot. What in the world was I waiting for?? Put ingredients in a pot, and come home hours later to a piping hot, delicious meal - I'm sold.
Ingredients
1 lb chicken (I prefer organic chicken thighs)
1 onion, diced
1 package mushrooms (8 oz)
2 cups chicken stock
1 cup white wine
1 cup cream (whipping cream or half and half work well)
1 tbsp Thyme
Salt, pepper
1 box spaghetti, slightly undercooked
