Ingredients

Serves: 4

For the pastry:
1 cup - Wheat flour
1 cup - Plain flour/maida
1 tbsp - Refined cooking oil
to taste - Salt,
one cup - Water less than

For the filling:
3 Potatoes cooked and rough chopped
50 grams - Cheese (skip for vegan version) grated,
2 Onions, chopped finely
2 Green chilies, chopped finely
1 tsp - Ginger and garlic, finely chopped each
½ cups - Coriander leaves, finely chopped
7) ½ Capsicum, finely chopped
¼ tsps - Turmeric powder
¼ tsps - Garam masala powder
¼ tsps - Red chili powder
2 tbsps - Oil
to taste - Salt

Stuffing and frying the samosa:
Pastry sheets
Prepared stuffing
A thin paste made of plain flour and water
Refined oil to deep fry
