Ingredients

Serves: 22

Total Time: 20 mins

Meatballs:
1 pound ground pork
3 large scallions (or up to 6 small ones)
2 tablespoons grated ginger (approximately 1” knob)
2 tablespoons cooking wine
2 tablespoons sesame
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1 egg
16 min at medium heat

Glaze:
½ cup honey
½ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 tablespoons grated ginger
Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until the sauce thickens
