1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
4 tablespoon Butter or Oil
1/2 cup Water + 2 tablespoon Water
1/2 teaspoon Ajwain/ Carrom seeds
Salt to taste
Oil for Frying
1 cup Urad Dal
3/4 cup Besan (Chickpea flour/ Gram flour)
1 teaspoon Saunf (Fennel seeds)
2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
2 teaspoon Coriander powder (sukha dhaniya)
2 teaspoon Roasted cumin seeds
1.5 teaspoon Mustard seeds
2 teaspoon Amchur Powder (Mango Powder)
1 teaspoon Degi Mirch or Red chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Hing (asofetadia)
Salt to taste
