This is the BEST Italian Dessert I've ever had!

Serves: 8-10

Total Time: 35 mins

The Coffee Dip:
1 -1/2 C Espresso Coffee
2 teaspoons sugar
The Filling:
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Marsala wine (Optional)
1 lb. Mascarpone cheese - room temperature
1-1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
The Base:
10 oz savoiardi (ladyfinger cookies) (approximately 40)
2 tablespoons bitter cocoa powder
