Filling:
3 cups half and half
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup toasted coconut (divided)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Whipped topping
1 9" chocolate crust (if not making tarts)
